You have multiple options to get support at rent24:
- Our onsite staff is available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. They are taking care of your well-being and are supposed to be your day-to-day contact person. You will find them at the front desk in the lobby or in the communal areas.
- Additionally, assistants are available at the front desk. They are taking care of your mail, packages and can help out quickly when you lost your keys for example.
- For requests in regard to administrative or technical issues such as your internet connection please get in touch with your location manager.
